COVID-19 Lockdown Update
Fear is real, but so is hope.
Dear all Once More customers, consignors, friends and followers,
The past days have been a time of fear, uncertainty and rapid change for everyone in our country, and our OM family has been no exception. While we have been taking (and continue to enforce) stringent measures to do our bit in mitigating the effects of the COVID-19 virus, including strict hygiene procedures and allowing staff to work remotely wherever possible, the looming national lockdown will affect us all and present entirely new challenges.
We pride ourselves on being an authentically South African small business with BIG visions, and our family-like environment and close communication with both customers and consignors are crucial elements in our identity as a business. Now more than ever, communication is of utmost importance, and working together with empathy, patience and understanding is paramount to navigating the coming weeks successfully.
Taking advice from our country's leaders is also something that we are 100% committed to. To ensure your utmost safety, and that of your family, we will not be shipping orders while the country is in a state of lockdown. That said, we will however still be accepting online orders, which will be shipped once we are assured that it is safe to do so.
The same is true for consignment deliveries. Please get in touch if you are wanting to sell with us, and we will walk you through the process as far as possible. You will then be contacted once it is safe to courier the stock to our warehouse. Consignments that have already been received are being processed by our staff during the lockdown period.
As a small business, your support during these turbulent times is appreciated more than we can ever express. As a small thank you, we are giving you 25% off all stock for the duration of the lockdown with the code thankyou.
Please get in touch with us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions, comments or concerns at this time. As always, stay safe and take care.
All our good thoughts,
