Delivery and Returns Policy
Delivery is free for all orders over R475 throughout South Africa. Orders under R475 are charged at a flat fee of R90. We now offer the option to stack your orders until you are ready for them to be shipped, for a small admin fee of R10 per order. This allows you to receive free shipping when your combined orders are greater than R475.
Delivery to main centres normally occurs within 2 - 5 working days, and 3 - 7 working days outside of main centres.
Returns and Quality Guarantee
We take great pride in the quality of our clothing, and have rigorous quality controls. If there are any marks or blemishes on the item, we will ensure they are made clear to you in the item photo or description prior to your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with the quality, or the item received is not as described, you may return it free of charge within 7 days of receipt.
If you decide that an item isn't the right fit for you, email us and we'll let you know how to make a return. Note that all items returned for any reason other than unsatisfactory quality or incorrect description, will be subject to a R35 restocking fee. Returns must be booked within 7 days of the items being received by yourself.
All returned items must be in the same condition in which you received them (New with Tags items must be returned with original tags attached).
Why a Restocking Fee?
Each item we receive is individually processed, photographed, listed, stored and shipped, which is very different from a traditional retailer with a few hundred styles on their website. Because every item we sell is unique, when it’s returned to us it must go through the entire process that it went through the first time. To alleviate some of these costs, returned items are subject to a R35 restocking fee. Of course, this fee will not be applied to items that arrived not as described or in unsatisfactory condition.
We pride ourselves in having some of the best and most competitive prices. Since shopping online will always have unpredictable elements to it, we want to give you the option to return your items. Right now, the only way we can do that, while still offering the lowest prices and most convenient service around, is to implement a restocking fee for each returned item.
