Delivery and Returns Policy
For orders over R425, ONCE MORE delivers free of charge, to your door, within main centres in South Africa. For orders under R425, ONCE MORE charges a non-refundable R80 fee to deliver either door-to-door, or door-to-counter, depending on where you’re located.
If you live outside our courier's main centres (see list below), a ONCE MORE representative will contact you after the checkout process to discuss delivery options. For South African orders to main centres, ONCE MORE will aim to deliver within 2 – 4 working days. For South African orders outside of main centres, ONCE MORE will aim to deliver door-to-door or door-to-counter within 4 – 6 working days.

We take pride in the quality of our clothing, and have rigorous quality controls. If there are any marks or blemishes in the clothing, we will ensure they are made clear to you in the item description prior to your purchase. If you are not 100% happy with the quality of your purchase, you may return the items to ONCE MORE, free of charge. You will have 7 days to return these items. This free return policy is available to all shoppers, no matter how much they spend on their order.
Note that we classify clothing as follows:
- Brand New With Tags: item still has original tags and/or packaging.
- New: item has not been used but tags have been removed.
- Excellent Condition: item is like new and shows hardly any signs of wear/washing.
- Good Condition: item shows only minor signs of wear/washing.
- Fair Condition: item shows visible signs of wear/washing.
Consequently, if upon receiving your purchase you are not satisfied with your products and wish to return it for a refund as aforesaid, please retain the product's original packaging, with labels attached, and do not wear the product. Returns will need to be taken to a convenient drop off point for return to our warehouse in Cape Town. We use a number of couriers for this, depending on where you are returning the goods from, so contact us to find out the best way to go about this.
We will process your refund within 10 working days of the returned products having been received. Should you have paid for the associated order via credit card, the refund will be processed to your credit card. Should you have paid for the associated order via EFT, your refund will be processed to your bank account.
Please note, you risk delaying the refund process if the steps outlined above are not carefully followed. In addition, you may NOT be entitled to any refund if returned products are not sent back to ONCE MORE in the exact packaging it was received in, with labels attached, in resalable conditions. ONCE MORE also reserves the right not to refund a returned product if the product is returned without its original protective packaging and not safely packed in a delivery box. Furthermore, ONCE MORE will not process a refund on defective or incorrect products should you not have followed the procedures of this Delivery and Returns Policy.
If you redeemed a coupon against your purchase, and wish to return the product from that purchase, the rand value paid for the product being returned will be refunded. The value of the coupon that was redeemed will not be refunded to you. Please refer to the specific coupon’s terms and conditions to understand whether the coupon will be reinstated and the relevant terms that will be applied.
